Call to Order and Roll Call <br />(The meeting was called to order at 7:pm. Members Present: George Lindy, Pam <br />Taschuk, Katie Boyle, Pat Huelman, and Bill Kusterman. Members Absent: Paul <br />Montain and Michael O'Connor.) <br />2. Approval of Minutes from February 4, 2002 <br />(Pat Huelman made a motion to approve the February 4, 2002 minutes. Pam <br />Taschuk seconded the motion and the minutes were approved.) <br />3. Setting Agenda <br />(There were no additions or deletions.) <br />4. Open Mike <br />(No one was present for open mike.) <br />5. Review and Approve Highland Meadows Park Master Plan <br />(Bill Kusterman made a motion to approve the Highland Meadows Park Master <br />Plan. Seconded by Pam Taschuk and approved unanimously.) <br />6. Review 2001 -2002 Warming House Report <br />(The warming house report was reviewed.) <br />7. Recreation Update <br />(Rick reviewed the recreation update.) <br />8. Park Update <br />(Members reviewed the information in the packet.) <br />9. Old Business <br />A. Referendum Update <br />(The information in the packets was reviewed.) <br />10. New Business <br />A. Discuss e- mailing agendas, announcements, etc. <br />(Consensus of the members was that the City Council, Planning and Zoning, <br />and Environmental minutes can be e- mailed but they would prefer to receive <br />hard copies of the Park Board agendas, minutes, and packet materials.
