Staff is recommending releasing the designated Lino Air Park <br />funds ($4,400) and a designated Clearwater Creek trail buffering ($800). Full implementation of <br />the proposed goals would result in an undesignated fund balance of approximately $40,451. <br />The attachment labeled "2003 Proposed Park Board Goals" summarizes the proposed goals. A <br />detailed description is provided for each proposed goal.
