•
•
Lino Lakes Parks and Recreation Department
600 Town Center Parkway
Lino Lakes, MN 55014
(651) 982 -2440 Fax (651) 982 -2439
www.ci.lino-lakes.mn.us
Date: 3/18/03
To: Park Board
From: Barry Bernstein, Recreation Program Supervisor
Subject: Warming house final season report
I have enclosed an attendance report for the three shelters that were opened during the 2002 -03
winter season.
The three shelters that were opened this past season were Sunrise, Birch and Lino parks.
Sunrise and Birch once again proved to be our most popular locations.
Based on the anticipated budget crisis and attendance figures, I would like to suggest to the
Park Board to review the attendance figures and determine if we should open Lino Park next
winter. It may be justifiable to only have two shelters open for the 2003 -04 season.
Please advise.
LINO LAKES PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT
"We are working hard, so you can play"
