Call to Order and Roll Call <br />(The meeting was called to order at 6:30pm. Members Present: George Lindy, <br />Pam Taschuk, Katie Boyle, Pat Huelman, Bill Kusterman and Mike O'Connor. <br />Members Absent: Paul Montain. Rick DeGardner, Public Services Director was <br />also present.) <br />2. Approval of Minutes from April 7, 2003 <br />(Pam Taschuk made a motion to approve the April 7, 2003 minutes. Katie Boyle <br />seconded the motion and the minutes were approved.) <br />• 3. Setting Agenda <br />(There were no additions or deletions.) <br />• <br />4. Open Mike <br />(There was no one present for open mike.) <br />5. FLAAA Proposal for Batting Cage at City Hall Park <br />(It was the consensus of the Park Board to get more information before a decision is <br />made on the batting cage.) <br />6. Parks and Trails Development Update <br />A. Highland Meadows Park <br />B. Clearwater Creek Park <br />C. Birch Park Trail <br />(Rick reviewed updates and responded to member's questions.) <br />7. Recreation Department Update <br />8. Parks Department Update <br />9. New Business <br />A. Centennial Soccer Club Inquiry on Marshan Park Parking Lot <br />(The Board wants data on usage of fields with the city.) <br />
