<br />Each bld must be accompanied by a bid.:

<br />cent (5%) of the total bid as a guarantee that
<br />the bidder if successful, will enter into a contract
<br />with the Owner for the work described in the
<br />proposal. This deposit wilt be subject to forfef.; •
<br />ture as provided by law. The deposits for the '
<br />three lowest bidders-will be -retained by the
<br />Owner until the contract has been awarded and..
<br />executed but not longer than sixty (60) days. No
<br />bid may be withdrawn fora Peribirof sixty. (60)

<br />The Owner reserves the right to-reject any
<br />or all bids, to waive informalities or to award the
<br />contract to the lowest responsible bidder, in the
<br />best interest of the Owner. •

<br />' The Parks and Recreation Departnent Offers YOi.ir 4, 5 and 6 year
<br />old a chance to participate n a non-compettive T-ball program.
<br />The four-year-old program meets one or two days a week for
<br />one hour over a three-week period. The five and six year old
<br />program meets for one and one halt-hours two days a week
<br />over a four-week period. There are several sessions to choose
<br />from. . -
<br />The four-year-old program fee is $27 and the five and six-year
<br />old program fee is $31. All participants receive a T-shirt, hat and
<br />pictures. Special discounts for volunteer coaches.
<br />The Lino Lakes Parks and Recreation Department has severd
<br />employment opportunities this summer. Some of these jobs
<br />include playground leaders, Options program leaders, and
<br />youth program instructorsfor T-ball and soccer, golf instructors,
<br />tennis instructors and gym supervisors. These positions offer good
<br />pay. fledble schedules and the opportunity to work up to forty
