• <br />• <br />• <br />COUNCIL MINUTES MARCH 27, 2000 <br />developments where the majority of the lots have been built on. The funding for this work is <br />provided by assessments to the respective subdivisions. The subdivisions receiving wearing course <br />this year include Behm's Century Farm 3`d, 4th, and 5th Additions; Pheasant Hills Preserve 8th and 9th <br />Additions; and Gemini Estates. <br />In addition to the street paving, the plans include trail paving utilizing Capital Outlay and Dedicated <br />Park Funds. This year's project includes the paving of trails along Lilac Street, east of Appaloosa <br />Lane; within Behm's Park; and the southwest portion of the Wenzel Farms trail loop. The final <br />quantity of paving completed is dependent on bid prices as the budget for paving is fixed. <br />The schedule for the project is as follows: <br />City Council Approves Plans and Specifications <br />City Council Authorizes Ad for Bids <br />Open Bids <br />City Council Awards Contract <br />Construction Begins <br />March 27, 2000 <br />March 27, 2000 <br />April 27, 2000 <br />May 8, 2000 <br />M. 00 <br />Council Member Reinert moved to adopt Resolution No. 00 — s.es= Council Member <br />Dahl seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br />Consideration of the February 28, 2000, City Council Meeting Minutes — Council Member Dahl <br />referred to page 9, paragraph 4, adding the following: "Council Member Dahl asked those in favor of <br />the project to stand up; those in favor who are residents to stand up; and those in favor who are <br />members of the church stand up ". <br />Council Member Dahl moved to approve the February 28, 2000, City Council meeting minutes, as <br />amended.
