Mr. yser stated it can be a potential element in the residential area but it <br />would need to be incorporated into that area. <br />Council Member Dahl asked if assisted living would be incorporated into a senior <br />housing component. Mr. Smyser stated that is, as yet, unknown and the identification of <br />residential only indicate the number of units (density) but not the type of residential. <br />Council Member Carlson asked if these standards will apply to other areas within Lino <br />Lakes. Mr. Smyser stated these standards would only be applied to the Town Center. <br />Council Member Carlson stated her understanding that this plan needs to be used in other <br />areas as well. Ms. Divine stated the Metropolitan Council would like those standards <br />adopted in other cities, and that may occur, and there are potential areas in Lino Lakes <br />where these standards can apply. She noted that has not been discussed and would be a <br />policy decision set by the Council. Council Member Carlson stated she is concerned <br />
