This parcel is .67 acres and located directly south of the <br />Amoco Station in the Clearwater Creek Business District. <br />The Comprehensive Park and Trail System Plan does not indicate a need for any trails near the <br />proposed location. Therefore, staff is recommending cash dedication to fulfill the park <br />dedication requirements.
