Lino Lakes Parks and Recreation Department
600 Town Center Parkway
Lino Lakes, MN 55014
(651) 982 -2440 Fax (651) 982 -2439
March 29, 2000
TO: Park Board Members
FROM: Rick DeGardner, Public Services Director
SUBJECT: Review Site Plan for Lino Lakes State Bank, Otter Lake Road
Lino Lakes State Bank has submitted an application for a bank on Otter Lake Road, south of
County Road 14 (Main Street).
The proposed bank is located on the west side of the recently constructed Otter Lake Road.
Currently, there is an off road paved trail along the eastern side of Otter Lake Road. Therefore,
there is not any need for additional trails at the proposed location. Staff recommends cash
dedication to fulfill the park dedication requirements. The current Park Dedication Ordinance
for commercial or industrial development is, "the developer shall pay to the city $200 for each
1,000 square feet of proposed building for any commercial or industrial use."
Building gross area 3,200 sq. feet x $200/1000 sq. feet = $640.00
RD:sw
sw /parkbrd/Review Site Plan for Lino Lakes State Bank, Otter Lake Road.doc
