COUNCIL MINUTES SEPTEMBER 27, 1999 <br />Staff advised there are many homes within the City that have a side yard with a trail, and are on <br />collector roads. <br />Motion carried with Council Member Bergeson and Mayor Sullivan voting no. <br />Staff advised an easement encroachment agreement is needed before a fence is constructed on <br />any drainage easement. <br />Damages on Lake Drive - Council Member Neal stated there may be a lot of contractor damage <br />along Lake Drive due to reconstruction. He advised that any resident who has a problem should <br />contact City Hall. <br />Staff advised a letter has been prepared for the contractor to deal with affected property owners <br />immediately.
