4 <br />• <br />• <br />COUNCIL MINUTES JANUARY 24, 2000 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />MINUTES <br />DATE : January 24, 2000 <br />TIME STARTED : 5:35 P.M. <br />TIME ENDED : 9:37 P.M. <br />MEMBERS PRESENT : Carlson, Dahl, O'Donnell, and Mayor Bergeson <br />MEMBERS ABSENT : None <br />Staff members present: City Administrator, Linda Waite Smith; and City Clerk, Ry -Chel <br />Gaustad <br />The Council met to conduct the City Administrators performance The Council <br />directed the City Clerk to take general notes. The Council dis s praisal <br />procedure and written packets will be forwarded to the Cit ~+ " : . rs file. <br />The Council elected to eliminate past Council memb <br />Administrator received favorable comments re <br />financial aptitude, and city program ands sery <br />nd comments. See separate minutes of the EDA. <br />Staff members present: Administration Director, Dan Tesch (part); City Attorney, Bill Hawkins; <br />City Engineer, John Powell; Community Development Director, Brian Wessel; Planning <br />Coordinator, Mary Kay Wyland (part) Economic Development Assistant, Mary Divine (part); <br />Chief of Police, Dave Pecchia (part); <br />SETTING THE AGENDA <br />Item 1D, Approve Non -Union Salary Adjustments, was moved to Item 3B. <br />Item 3C, Council Appointments, was added to the agenda. <br />
