This letter will outline the scope of work that we will provide. This proposal considers the following bridge specification assumptions. Any change to these assumptions will need to be evaluated for any adjustment to this proposal. Continental Bridge will Design, Fabricate and Deliver the following: 1 only -50'x 6' Continental Bridge, half - through truss, one diagonal per panel, square end vertical, bearings at equal elevations, 2% % camber (arch) per specifications (note- this slope exceeds ADA requirements), fabricated from atmospheric corrosion resistant steel, nominal 2 "x10" pressure treated wood decking, horizontal safety rails placed on the outside of the truss to produce a maximum opening of less than 4" to a minimum height of 42 ", 85 psf uniform live load, or one 1,0001b. concentrated load, 35 psf uniform wind load over the vertical projection of the bridge as if enclosed. Lino Lakes, MN $17,629.00 Note: We are proposing a 50' length because of needed clearance issues and less landscaping requirements. The above pricing does not include any applicable taxes, anchor bolts, foundation design or construction, unloading or erection costs. TERMS OF SALE We will typically require a 40% deposit with the order (except to Government Entity) with the balance paid either C.O.D. by certified funds or credit approved. Credit determination on the balance will be made after review of bank and trade references and your labor and material supply payment bond, if any. For Approved Credit: Terms of sale on remaining balance are 100% Net 30 days. Payment terms contained in this proposal may not be changed without written authorization from Continental Bridge. Acceptance of any proposal from Continental Bridge constitutes acceptance of these credit terms. Unauthorized retention of payments by Purchaser for any reason shall be subject to a service charge of 2% per month on any balance due past 30 days from invoice date.
