COUNCIL MINUTES OCTOBER 25, 1999 <br />11. Utility, grading, and drainage plans must obtain approval from the City Engineer and <br />Rice Creek Watershed District. <br />12. The building design, architectural standards, and signage including the McDonald's <br />site are subject to review and approval by the Town Center Committee. <br />13. All necessary permits must be obtained from Anoka County and MnDOT. <br />14. A plat drawing must be submitted with all required easements and dedications <br />shown. The accompanying signature page must include all property interests. <br />15. Complete title information shall be submitted and obtain approval from the City <br />Attorney. <br />16. A developer's agreement shall be completed including financial securities. <br />17. In accordance with standard City policy, no site work shall, jai the site before <br />the developer's agreement is complete. <br />18.
