Police Sargent Bill Hammes reported that several Anoka County law enforcement <br />agencies including Anoka County Sheriff's Department, Circle Pines/Lexington Police <br />Department, Spring Lake Park Police Department, St. Francis Police Department plan to <br />participate in the grant.
