ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT REPORT, DAN TESCH Consideration of a Non - Intoxicating Malt Liquor License and Cabaret License for the August Festival, St. Joseph Catholic Church, Linda Waite Smith - The August Festival is the major fund- raiser for the St. Joseph Parish. Each year a beer license and cabaret license is required for this event. There have been no reported problems with the festival. St. Joseph Catholic Church has not indicated that they will hold a dance this year. If the dance is held, security will be managed as in past years. Council Member Neal moved to approve the Beer and Cabaret Licenses for the August Festival, St. Joseph Catholic Church. Council Member Lyden seconded the motion carried unanimously. Council Member Bergeson moved to approve the application for a block party, Green Briar and Antelope Drive, with barricades for blocking the cul -de -sac provided by the Public Works Department.
