COUNCIL MINUTES JUNE 14,1999 <br />• Mayor Sullivan directed staff to investigate the possibility of a noise ordinance and discuss it <br />with Council at a future meeting. <br />• <br />• <br />No one else appeared for open mike. <br />ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT REPORT, DAN TESCH <br />Consideration of a Non - Intoxicating Malt Liquor License and Cabaret License for the <br />August Festival, St. Joseph Catholic Church, Linda Waite Smith - The August Festival is the <br />major fund- raiser for the St. Joseph Parish. Each year a beer license and cabaret license is <br />required for this event. There have been no reported problems with the festival. <br />St. Joseph Catholic Church has not indicated that they will hold a dance this year. If the dance is <br />held, security will be managed as in past years. <br />Council Member Neal moved to approve the Beer and Cabaret Licenses for the August Festival, <br />St. Joseph Catholic Church. Council Member Lyden seconded the motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />Consideration of Renewal of On -Sale and Sunday Li <br />Licenses and On -Sale and Off -Sale Beer Licens <br />renewal of all liquor licenses, 3.2 beer licens <br />Council packets.
