Council Member Bergeson seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. Consideration of Hiring Public Works - General Maintenance Worker- Staff recommended that Mr. Robert Boldt be considered for the General Maintenance - Streets position. The position provides for a salary of $13.76 per hour plus benefits and is eligible for membership in the 49er's Union. A physical examination and drug test will be required prior to Mr. Boldt's start date. Mr. Boldt is available to begin work on June 29, 1999. Council Member Bergeson moved to hire Mr. Boldt as a General Maintenance -Street Employee subject to a satisfactory physical examination and drug test. Council Member Dahl seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
