• <br />CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION JUNE 23, 1999 <br />Mayor Sullivan asked for an update regarding the date of a joint meeting with the <br />Council, Environmental Board, and Steve Afflebaum. <br />DISCUSS EASEMENT VACATION, OAK BROOK PENINSULA, JOHN <br />POWELL <br />Information needed for review of this item has not yet been received. The City Planner <br />has been asked to tell the property owner that if the requested information is not <br />submitted, the hockey rink must be removed. <br />Council will be updated on this matter. <br />AMERICAN LEGION LAND PURCHASE UPDATE, BRIAN WESSEL <br />The development plan for the American Legion Club will go before the Planning and <br />Zoning Board July 14, 1999. Mr. Smyser has met with the Legion Club and has outlined <br />the items needed to complete the application. Mr. Powell has spoken with the Rice Creek <br />Watershed District and the Legion Club has held a neighborhood me, <br />The projected annual tax revenue on this project is $13,000 _ ' y eive a <br />quarter of that.
