Council Member Bergeson <br />adoption: <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 99 -59 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A LETTER OF SUPPORT FOR THE ANOKA COUNTY <br />I -35W /LAKE DRIVE INTERCHANGE RECONSTRUCTION FUNDING REQUEST <br />WHEREAS, Anoka County is submitting a request for Federal funding for the reconstruction of <br />the I -35W /Lake Drive interchange, and <br />WHEREAS, Anoka County and the City of Lino Lakes have coordinated transportation planning <br />including the plan for reconstructing this interchange, and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes supports the reconstruction of this interchange and will also <br />participate in the cost of reconstruction, and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />The City of Lino Lakes supports Anoka County's request for Federal Surface Transportation <br />Funding and authorizes the City Engineer to send a letter of support to Anoka County <br />indicating their support. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council th s 2: ' •• ,. y of • t 1999. <br />WIly 1sr <br />Mar yn G. a nderson, Clerk- Treasurer <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member <br />Lyden and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Sullivan, Bergeson, Dahl, Lyden, Neal <br />The following voted against same: <br />None <br />Whereupon said resolution was duly passed and adopted. <br />CERTIFICATION <br />I hereby certify that the above is a correct copy of a resolution duly passed, adopted and <br />approved by the City Council on August 23, 1999. <br />dice <br />Marlyn G.
