Access by the City for inspection. <br />9. A development agreement will be required which will include the buffer easement. <br />10. Standards not specifically addressed in the development and conditions of approval <br />plan will be those in the Zoning Ordinance. <br />11. Buyers shall be notified by the developer of the wetland buffer easement and a copy <br />of each notification sent to the City. <br />12. Developer shall provide safe passage to connect the north end of the trail to the road <br />pavement. Design shall obtain approval of the City Engineer. <br />13. A tree preservation plan shall be prepared in cooperation with the City Engineer. <br />14. The City Forester shall prepare a list of vegetation/seeds tha 'ssible in the <br />wetland buffer that will be protected by the easement. <br />15. Council Member Lyden seconded the motion. <br />Council Member Bergeson voted yes. Council Member Dahl voted yes. Council Member Lyden <br />voted yes. Mayor Sullivan voted yes. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />
