CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION APRIL 21, 1999 <br />• Mayor Sullivan called for a 10 minute recess at 8:05 p.m. <br />• <br />• <br />It was noted that meeting minutes from all City Boards will be distributed to the Council <br />Members. <br />DISCUSS OFFICE SPACE IN NEW CITY HALL FOR MAYOR AND COUNCIL <br />MAYOR SULLIVAN <br />It appears that the Lino Lakes City Council is the only Council that does not have office <br />space at city hall. Office space is needed to conduct business and meet with constituents. <br />It was suggested that the work session room in the new city hall be used for Council <br />office space. The office would be equipped with a coat rack, phone, storage space, <br />calculators, and general office supplies. Keys to this room will be issued to all Council <br />Members.
