Staff recommended adoption of Resolution No. 99 - 36. Council Member Bergeson moved to adopt Resolution No. 99 - 36, as presented. Council Member Lyden seconded the motion. Consideration of Resolution No. 99 - 37, Initiative of Vicky Lane Feasibility Study for Sanitary Sewer & Water Service, John Powell - The City has received a petition from the Vicky Lane residents requesting sanitary sewer and water service. The petition was been signed by 19 property owners along Vicky Lane.
