Staff explained that Metropolitan Council has changed their rules governing the interim MUSA bank. The changes affect where the MUSA can be used and the definition of net acres. At this time, the City has approximately 97 MUSA acres available and Mr. Vaughan is going to need some of this acreage. LINDA CROHN, AENON PLACE, DISCUSS JUVENILE PROBLEM IN LINO LAKES Ms. Crohn noted her concerns regarding juvenile misconduct and asked the Council to consider building a holding cell for juveniles . She explained that these children know they can do whatever they want and not even their parents can do anything about it.
