Staff explained that the trail could be moved but that would have to be a <br />decision made by the Trail Committee. <br />Discussion followed about how the trail on the private street could be clearly marked so <br />those pedestrians would stay on the trail and not the roadway. Ms. Patterson requested <br />that the wood rail fence and be included in the hold harmless agreement and that the trails <br />be posted with "no motorized vehicles" signs. <br />The City Attorney comes to city hall about 4:30 p.m. on the day of the regular Council <br />meeting.
