Mr. Gervais noted that the majority of the Association members would like to have the trail relocated. Staff explained that the trail could be moved but that would have to be a decision made by the Trail Committee. Discussion followed about how the trail on the private street could be clearly marked so those pedestrians would stay on the trail and not the roadway. Ms. Patterson requested that the wood rail fence and be included in the hold harmless agreement and that the trails be posted with "no motorized vehicles" signs. The City Attorney comes to city hall about 4:30 p.m. on the day of the regular Council meeting. Staff asked that everyone concerned about this issue meet the City Attorney on
