GIS Agreement — Asleson presented the draft GIS agreement and draft joint powers agreement for use of Digital Parcel Base Map Database. Chair Houchins suggested the Environmental Board offer GIS demonstrations, show the Management Plan, and related maps including an ecological map. Lanyon asked if the Earth Day event should also be used for education of property owners about environmental issues such as the ecological impact of mowing down to the water's 4
