This application for tax <br />increment financing is made to assist in the defrayment of the development costs in the Lino Lakes <br />area and to meet the profit expectations of our parent company. <br />As stated previously, we are submitting a request for at least $350,000 in increment <br />financing of which a portion would be paid up -front to pay for assessments against the property <br />and the balance would be provided over an eight year period.
