Lexington Ave Suite 330 <br />Arden Hills 55126 <br />Sam Lucast, Oak Grove 19900 Nightingale St. NW Cedar 55011 <br />The meeting began with PowerPoint presentations from Anoka County Parks <br />highlighting the Cedar Creek Corridor greenway planning project, from Anoka <br />Conservation District highlighting the Northeastern Anoka County Greenway project, <br />and from City of Blaine highlighting their greenway planning project. Each project was <br />different. Parks focused on public involvement and goal/direction development. ACD <br />focused on inventory and identifying high priority parcels for <br />acquisition/easement /education. Blaine began with an inventory, continued with public <br />participation, identified a greenway network and succeeded in having a bond referendum <br />for 3.5 million passed to implement the plan. Current efforts to inventory most of the <br />Rice Creek Watershed District portion of Anoka County was also mentioned. <br />
