At their meeting on September 27, 2000, the Board of Managerst li a Rice Creek Watershed District took the following action on your Permit Application: Table with authorization for administrative action pending receipt of: 1. Revised grading plan specifying emergency overflow outlet structure for the CD 10 -22- 32 Mustang Lane crossing satisfying District freeboard requirements. 2. Preliminary plat or legal document with satisfactory form and description granting ponding and flowage easements over all hydrologic features (including 50 feet from the centerline of Anoka County Ditch 10- 22 -32). *Please forward 2 copies of the draft document [unsigned] for verification of legal language and description of legal location to the RCWD office. After District approval of easement format, permittee is required to have the easement document signed and notarized and then forward the original document to the RCWD office. RCWD will then record the original document at the County Recorder's Office. 3. Easement document covering new alignment of Anoka County Ditch 10 -22 -32 acceptable to District Attomey. This Board action is in effect 15 days from date of notice. After 10/12/00, it reverts to a TABLE status. If this occurs, the application must come back before the Board. Submittal deadline date for the 10/25/00 permit meeting is 10/12/00. Please submit 3 copies of all required exhibits. After receipt and review of the above - indicated items, additional information may be required for clarification to ensure that the District's requirements have been met.
