Indicate the timing and duration of construction <br />activities. <br />Ryan Companies, US Inc. is proposing to develop a retail center in the City of Lino <br />Lakes. The development is located in the northwest quadrant of the intersection of <br />Interstate 35W and Lake Drive. The development will replace approximately 40.15 acres <br />of undeveloped land with 332,958 square feet of retail buildings with associated parking <br />areas, including the following: <br />SuperTarget 182,760 square feet <br />Other Flexable Space Retail 150,918 square feet <br />Including all buildings, parking, and roads, the total amount of impervious surface after <br />development is expected to be 28.78 acres. <br />Initial site work and construction is expected to begin June 2001, with the grand opening <br />of the proposed SuperTarget Store scheduled for July 2002.
