Current Land Use: The site is undeveloped. <br />Adjacent Land Uses: To the south of the site is Interstate 35W. Residential housing is <br />located at the northern edge of the site along 77th Street. Adjacent and northeast of the <br />site is a large area designated as "Greenway ". West of the site is a commercial area <br />fronting Lake Drive that is zoned "General and Neighborhood Business ". <br />Project compatibility with adjacent land uses: Surrounding zoning is as follows: <br />• Abutting to the East and North — R — Rural <br />• Abutting to the South — SC — Shopping Center and LB — Light Business <br />• Abutting to the West — NB — Neighborhood Business and LB — Light Business <br />Commercial — CA — Central Area <br />The existing property is zoned SC — Shopping Center. The SC zoning district meets the <br />developments intended usage.
