The environmental issues related to this project are primarily related to surface water
issues and the traffic generated by the development.
The increase in traffic is proposed to be accommodated with new traffic signals, stop
signs, and the modification of existing traffic signals. The Indirect Source Permit
Application for the project has been submitted to the Minnesota Pollution Control
Agency, and includes these additions and modifications.
Surface water impacts are mitigated by the addition of two retention ponds and a bio-
filtration basin.
PARSONS
TRANSPORTATION GROUP
Barton•Aschman • De Lem, Lather, • Steinman.
Page 19
Town Center Development
Draft-Draft EAW....February 1, 2001
