IT IS THE RESPONOBIUTY OF THE CONTRACTOR TO UTILIZE THE <br />GOPHER STATE ONE CALL" EXCAVATION NOTICE SYSTEM AS REWIRED UNDER <br />MINNESOTA STATUTE CHAPTER 2160, 48 HOURS PRIOR TO PERFORMING ANY <br />EXCAVATION (PHONE 651- 454 -0002 IN THE TWIN 011ES METRO AREA OR <br />TOLL FREE 1 -800- 252- 1166). <br />3. GRADING CONTRACTOR SHALL VERIFY LOCATIONS AND ELEVATIONS OF <br />ALL UNDERGROUND UTILITIES WITH 124E RESPECTIVE UTILITY COMPANIES <br />PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION. <br />4.
