Confusion with other evaluation methods; <br />2. Confusion with other dassification methods; <br />3. Conflicts between designation and agency controls. <br />Summary <br />The significance of SUWRMS is twofold. First, it recognizes the <br />importance of utilizing wetlands as part of the urban drainage <br />system while considering the associated environmental values and <br />regulatory constraints. <br />Secondly, the system provides specific management direction to <br />communities for designation.
