CITY OF <br />LINO LAS <br />10/24/94 <br />Appendix A <br />Minnesota Rules Chapter 8410 <br />Metropolitan Area Local Water Management <br />Minnesota Rules Chapter 8410 were adopted on May 27, 1992 and take effect on August 1, 1992. <br />The rules give guidelines for Watershed Management Organization Plans. This section of the <br />Lino Lakes Plan contains the Land and Water Resources Inventory data required by Section <br />8410.0060 of the rules. Information generated as part of the plan is included as well as data from <br />the RCWD and VLAWMO. <br />Table A -1 list the requirements of the Local Plan as outlined in Chapter 8410. The table also <br />includes information on where the data is located in the Local Plan. <br />The structure of the City's plan differs in the order described in the rules. <br />The Lino Lakes Plan is organized in a format which divide the information into three major <br />users. These users are: City officials or policy makers, developer and review staff, and city staff. <br />Volume 1 is for the Policy Makers, Volume 2 for the Users and Volume 3 for City Staff to use <br />as a reference.
