8410.0090 <br />D. impacts of stormwater discharges on water quality <br />and fish and wildlife resources; <br />E. impact of soil erosion on water quality and <br />quantity; <br />F. general impact of land use practices and, in <br />particular, land development and wetland alteration on water <br />quality and water quantity; <br />G. the adequacy of existing regulatory controls to <br />manage or mitigate adverse impacts on public waters and <br />wetlands; <br />H. the adequacy of programs to: <br />(1) limit soil erosion and water quality <br />degradation; <br />(2) maintain the tangible and intrinsic values of <br />natural storage and retention systems; and <br />(3) maintain water level control structures <br />I. the adequacy of capital improvement programs to <br />correct problems relating to: <br />(1) water quality; <br />(2) water quantity management; <br />(3) fish and wildlife habitat and public waters <br />and wetland management; and <br />(4) recreational opportunities; and <br />J. future potential problems that are anticipated to <br />occur generally within a 20 -year period based on growth <br />projections and planned urbanization identified in local and <br />regional comprehensive plans. Plan contents.
