a <br />CITY OF <br />LINO LAIRS <br />10/24/94 • <br />Goals and Policies <br />Erosion Control <br />Prevent soil erosion. <br />Policy 8.1: Natural vegetation will be preserved. <br />Policy 8.2: Erosion control plans will be required for all land <br />disturbance activities. <br />Policy .3: All erosion and sediment control measures specified <br />in the erosion control plan must be installed prior to <br />obtaining a grading permit <br />Policy 8.4: Soil erosion shall be prevented through the installa- <br />tion of erosion control practices outlined in the <br />standards section of this plan. <br />Policy 8.5: Agriculture areas will be regulated by the local soil <br />conservation district <br />Policy 8.6: Under the MPCA Storm Water Permit Program for <br />Construction Activities, the owner of the property <br />being impacted shall be the owner on the permit. <br />If City funds are being used for the project, the <br />• owner shall be the City or City's representative. <br />Local Water Management Plan SEH NO: LINOL9402.00 <br />Policy Document Page 21 <br />
