i <br />i <br />i <br />i <br />i <br />CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES <br />10/24/94 <br />Administration <br />WMO and Watershed Districts <br />WMO's responsibilities for administration of local waters include, <br />but are not limited to: <br />• Implementation of WMO- identified programs <br />• Overseeing the implementation. of the City's local <br />Plans <br />• Water quality modeling and monitoring for WMO- <br />identified projects <br />• Review and approval of local storm water manage- <br />ment plan amendments <br />• Developing a ground water program (Anoka Coun- <br />ty -Load Agency) <br />• Collecting and maintaining water quality and lake <br />level data <br />• Addressing inter - community issues <br />• Managing public ditch system <br />• Addressing potable water supply issues <br />Federal, State and County Agencies <br />The federal, state and county agencies will continue-to have certain <br />administrative responsibilities. Several of these include, but are <br />not limited to: <br />• Land use regulation and wetland alteration <br />Department of Natural Resources for all <br />issues relating to waters and wetlands des- <br />ignated as State Protected Wetlands and <br />Waters. <br />U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. EPA, <br />and U.S. Fish and Wildlife for all issues <br />related to all wetlands identified by the U.S. <br />Fish and Wildlife Service's National Wetland <br />Local Water Management Plan <br />Policy Document SEH NO: LINOL9402.00 <br />Page 32 <br />
