1 <br />i <br />CITY of <br />Leo LAS <br />10/24/94 <br />Administration <br />Implementation Plan (Capital Improvements) <br />• <br />The implementation plan includes identification and prioritization <br />of capital improvements, administration, inspections, permitting, <br />plan amendments and monitoring programs. The high <br />items typically require attention within a one- to two-year p p prior <br />d <br />or involve projects that have previously been identified. Low <br />priority items will be performed some time within the five -year <br />implementation period. Detailed information regarding <br />- identified expenditure can be found in Volume 2, ser Guide of <br />this plan. <br />Estimates of capital expenditures have been made for a five -year <br />period. Future anticipated projects are also listed. The <br />Implementation Plan, Table 2, summarizes expenditures per minor <br />watershed. Capital expenditures are also anticipated for such <br />items as coordination with the Watershed District, performing <br />biannual drainage system inspections, review and development of <br />ordinances, amendment proceedings and maintenance. The <br />Implementation Plan should be reviewed on an annual basis.
