40 RICE CREEK WATERSHED DISTRICT <br />COUNTIES OF ANOKA, HENNEPIN, <br />RAMSEY AND WASHINGTON STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />• <br />In the Matter of Adoption of the <br />revised Watershed Management Plan <br />for the Rice Creek Watershed District <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes section <br />103B.231, subdivision 10. <br />RICE CREEK WATERSHED <br />DISTRICT BOARD OF <br />MANAGERS <br />ORDER <br />WHEREAS, the Rice Creek Watershed District is statutorily <br />required to revise and update its Watershed Management Plan; <br />WHEREAS, in order to revise its Watershed Management Plan, the <br />Rice Creek Watershed District as required under Minnesota Statutes <br />section 103B.231, subdivisions 7, 8 and 9, has submitted proposed <br />amendments to its Watershed Management Plan for review and comment <br />to the towns, cities, counties in the watershed district, the <br />Metropolitan Council, the state review agencies, and the Minnesota <br />Board of Water and Soil Resources; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes section 103B.231, <br />subdivision 9 the Minnesota Board of Water and Soil Resources by <br />Order dated September 24, 1997 approved the attached revised <br />Watershed Management Plan, including proposed amendments, as the <br />Watershed Management. Plan for the Rice Creek Watershed District; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes section 103B.231, subdivision 10 <br />requires the Rice Creek Watershed District to adopt the revised <br />Watershed Management Plan, including proposed amendments, within <br />120 days of the date of the Minnesota Board of Water and Soil <br />Resources' Order of approval. <br />THEREFORE, the Rice Creek Watershed District by its Board of <br />Managers makes the following Order: <br />
