7. Incorporate on -lot infiltration practices as described in Barr Engineering BMP <br />manual. <br />8. Use BMP's for sequencing as described in the Barr Engineering BMP Manual. <br />Develop a management plan based on this manual. Plan should include protection <br />measures for trees, vegetation, swale and infiltration areas, and erosion control <br />measures. <br />9. Submit a 5 -year management plan that uses the services of a company experienced <br />in native plant re- establishment. Show financial commitment for this management. <br />10. Initiate covenants with homeowner association for the protection of vegetation, and <br />the prohibiting of vegetation removal. <br />11. Place areas of the island in land trust as an alternative to covenants. <br />12. Develop an education program for new residents moving on the island.
