ENVIRONMENTAL BOARD MEETING JANUARY 30, 2002 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />MINUTES <br />DATE : January 30, 2002 <br />TIME STARTED : 6:38 P.M. <br />TIME ENDED : 9:56 P.M. <br />MEMBERS PRESENT : Amy Donlin, Constance Grundhofer, Patrice Halen, <br />Rod Kukonen, Theresa O'Connell, Mary Jo O'Dea, and <br />Nikki Schneider. <br />MEMBERS ABSENT : None. <br />Staff members present: Environmental Coordinator Marty Asleson, and Community <br />Development Director Michael Grochala. <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br />Chair Kukonen called the meeting to order at 6:38 p.m. <br />Board members introduced themselves. <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />• A. December 19, 2001— The following co i were requested: <br />• <br />Page 5, tenth paragraph: " Kukonen " t s catching the water on the opposite <br />side of the island bridge." <br />Page 10, second paragraph: <br />Pioneer Press that ranked Lino <br />highest and Circle Pines 13th high <br />oted an article in the Friday edition of the <br />1t1i <br />highest from 45th and Centerville was 2nd <br />for tax rates based on a $130,000 home." <br />Page 10, eleventh paragraph: `By Tom Johnson's home there was found a rare specie& <br />called -pew unique high quality poor fen sedge subtype." <br />Donlin moved to approve the December 19, 2001 meeting minutes. O'Connell seconded <br />the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Chair Kukonen inquired about the previous unapproved minutes. Staff answered that <br />they would be brought before the Board at a later meeting. <br />3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />The following items were added to the meeting agenda: <br />
