Asleson added that after Ms. Bugge receives <br />them, they go to his mailbox for reviewal, then to the Environmental Board <br />for final approval, and compiled in the minute book. <br />D. Newsletter — Donlin pointed out recreation made up a large portion of the <br />newsletter, but it was lacking in community news features. Asleson explained <br />that recreation programs generated revenue for the City and program <br />information needed to get out to residents. <br />Donlin noted that the newsletter from North Oaks was more balanced and she <br />believed the issue of Buckthorn should be included in the City's newsletter. <br />Asleson responded that she or anyone could contribute to the newsletter. He <br />stated that there was a cougar sighting in Peregrine Pass. The sighting was <br />being confirmed by a conservation officer for the State. There were also <br />bobcat sightings in the City. <br />E.
