• <br />• <br />• <br />ENVIRONMENTAL BOARD MEETING MARCH 27, 2002 <br />Chair Kukonen reviewed the Site Plan Review process. First there was a staff <br />review, then the developers would present, followed by a dialogue with the Board. <br />Concerns he had were buffering in the North East corner near Lots 4 and 5 in C, <br />and the greenway should not be encroached upon. Asleson said the areas of <br />buffering should have signage and be covered in the covenants. He noted that they <br />needed to be careful of the water table. <br />Chair Kukonen identified an inconsistency in the wetland inventory possibly due <br />to the draining and ditching. He attempted to walk the site, but it had no <br />trespassing signs and barbed wire fences. <br />Halen asked for a brief description of buffering.
