ENVIRONMENTAL BOARD MEETING APRIL 24, 2002 <br />Schneider suggested that the topic for discussion should draw people, and urged <br />the use of a word other than Greenways. <br />Asieson suggested the public hearing forum as a possibility. He inquired about <br />the need for more funding. <br />Mr. Ward discussed the need to clarify that the City was not interested in taking <br />someone's land, but land acquisition through purchasing chunks in a proposed <br />greenway was a possibility, as well as several other options. <br />Asieson proposed an example that the City required a preliminary plat.
