Draft Subdivision Ordinance Review <br />Smyser recapped that the two goals of the Task Force were to update the <br />Subdivision and Zoning Ordinances. The Subdivision Ordinance was on an <br />aggressive schedule that regulated the subdivision of property. The issues of Site <br />Plan Review of commercial and industrial buildings and setbacks were not a part <br />of the subdivision ordinance. <br />1 Draft Minutes <br />
