CALL TO ORDER <br />Chair Kukonen called the meeting to order at 6:34 p.m. <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />OCTOBER 30, 2002 <br />October 30, 2002 <br />. 6.34 P.M. <br />: 10 :27 P.M. <br />: Amy Donlin, Constance Grundhofer, Patrice <br />Toler Halen, Rod Kukonen (departed at 10:16 <br />p.m.), Teresa O'Connell (arrived at 7:17 p.m.), <br />Mary Jo O'Dea, Nikki Schneider <br />: None <br />: Environmental Coordinator Marty Asleson <br />A. August 28, 2002 <br />The following corrections were requested: <br />Page 6, first paragraph: "The final category R -1XC changed to R -EC and would <br />keep the minimal lot size the same and 30% of the lots would be equal to or less <br />than 15,000 square feet." <br />Page 6, fifth paragraph: "Chair Kukonen mentioned that it was disappointing that <br />it was 20% open space in the R -EC, but it was better than before." <br />Page 7, fourth paragraph: "Asleson stated that a critter corridor would help the <br />Blandings Turtles, and thanked Mr. Biske for expanding the greenway corridor <br />topic and for keeping it alive." <br />Grundhofer moved to approve the August 28, 2002 meeting minutes with the <br />above corrections. Donlin seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />3. APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA <br />• Move 5B Car Wash, Ray Benkler to 5A, and Eagle Brook Church to 5B. <br />• Discuss Watchable Wildlife Conference in 6E. <br />The agenda was approved unanimously. <br />4. OPEN MIKE <br />Barbara Bor of 7707 20th Avenue Hugo, MN, a representative of HERON, <br />challenged the Board to withhold recommendation until the end of the 30 day <br />1 DRAFT MINUTES <br />
