<br />K -G Development, Inc. a Minnesota corporation (Grantor) for and in consideration of
<br />good and valuable considerations, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does
<br />hereby grant, bargain, and sell, release and convey to the City of Lino Lakes a body
<br />corporate, (Grantee) and to its successors and assigns a perpetual easement for
<br />Conservation purposes across that part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast
