MAY 24 '96 14:43 FROM r JID BRASLAU ASSOC <br />PAGE-003 <br />1.0 INTRODUCTION <br />This Noise Assessment of the proposed Academy of the Holy Angels athletic facility and <br />inflatable air structure was requested by the City of Richfield to identify potential noise impacts <br />on the adjacent residential area to the west. <br />A presentation was made by Dr. David Braslau to the mediation group meeting <br />on Tuesday <br />evening, 16 April 1996, in the Richfield Community <br />Center. The primary issues and potential <br />for impact discussed at that time are surnrnarized in Section 2.0 of this assessment. <br />Durin g that meeting, several outstanding questions were raised by the neighborhood regarding <br />noise issues that had not yet been addressed.
