AGENDA ITEM 5A <br />Staff Originator: Marty Asleson <br />Environmental Board <br />Meeting Date: October 29, 2003 <br />Topic: <br />Background: <br />Eagle Brook Church, 7709 20th Ave <br />North, Site Plan Review and Conditional <br />Use Permit. <br />Eagle Brook Church is proposing to build a new church on a 91 Acre site located <br />on County State Aid Highway (CSAH) 21(20th Avenue), 1.25 miles north of CSAH <br />14 (Main Street.) The Church will be approximately 88,000 square feet, and <br />provide seating for 2,100 people, with a potential for 700 additional seats. <br />Parking is planned for 1,100 vehicles with potential to add 350 spaces. <br />Construction is planned to begin in April 2003. <br />Eagle Brook Church previously prepared an Environmental Assessment <br />Worksheet (EAW) for the proposed project.
