EAGLE BROOK CHURCH: <br />PLANNING INFORMATION <br />Parking Requirements: Ordinance requires "at least 1 parking stall for each three seats, <br />based on the design capacity of the main assembly hall." Eagle Brook is providing 760 <br />stalls (9' X 18'). In talking with the architect of the project, it appears a number of <br />different things were used to generated the 760 figure: the number of seats in the main <br />hall, stalls for nurseries (2 stalls per nursery), stalls for classrooms (1 stall per), stalls for <br />additional staff at the church during services, and a general estimate of parking needs <br />based on attendance at the current church. <br />Minimum Requirements per Ordinance <br />Proposed for the Site <br />• <br />"Church, Theater, Auditorium: 1 stall <br />• <br />760 seats <br />candles at street R.O.W., and 0.4 on <br />for each 3 seats" <br />• <br />size: 9' X 18' <br />• <br />(2100 seats /3 = 700 stalls) <br />Fixtures: source of light "shall be <br />Pervious/Impervious Coverage: Ordinance does not address pervious /impervious <br />surface coverage for the Rural District.
