While it is understood that this 1s outside of the scope of the EAW, development of this portion of the City will anchor, or set in stone, the potential for alternatives. Before alternatives are eliminated, it would be helptnl to discuss the cumulative impact of this, and other, developmatprojects in rester detail with the City. • We encourage early, possibly draft submittal of any Preliminary Plat and/or site plan of the Legacy at Woods Edge to the County Staff for review. Additional traffic scenarios were requested and are being developed, reviewed, and discussed at this time. 4 The preliminary plat for the proposed development was submitted to Anoka County on December 16, 2003.
